Suggested Application: Apply to skin with the least amount of hair. Choose skin areas that are relatively thin and well supplied with capillary blood flow, such as upper chest, neck, inner arms and inner thigh areas. Start with 1/8 teaspoon per day for seven days. Then increase to 1/4 teaspoon per day for seven days. Then increase to 1/2 teaspoon (1,000 mg) per day five days a week, cycling two days off. Signs of doing too much too soon are vivid dreams, irritability and headaches. If this occurs, skip one day and cut application in half. Stay with the application that works best for you.
